About The Role

As our Paid Social Manager, you will own the full paid social strategy and execution across our 7-brand footwear portfolio. You will manage Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube — setting audience strategy, briefing creative, trafficking campaigns, and optimizing toward brand-specific revenue and ROAS targets. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and daily in-platform execution. You will directly manage the Social / Affiliate Coordinator and work closely with the Paid Creative Strategist to maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh, tested creative.

 

Title: Paid Social, Sr. Manager

 

Compensation: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Own paid social strategy and day-to-day execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube for all 7 brands

·       Build and manage audience architecture across the full funnel: prospecting, retargeting, and retention audiences

·       Own creative testing frameworks — brief, test, analyze, and iterate with the Creative team to maintain creative freshness

·       Manage catalog setup, dynamic product ads, and collection ads across platforms

·       Set and manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across brands and channels

·       Monitor platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and policy updates across all platforms

·       Lead the transition from agency-managed social accounts: conduct a full audit, rebuild account structures, and own all accounts going forward

·       Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Sr. Director

 

Requirements

·       5–7 years of hands-on paid social experience with primary expertise in Meta Ads Manager

·       Proven track record managing multi-brand paid social portfolios, ideally in DTC or e-commerce

·       TikTok Ads experience required; Pinterest and YouTube Ads experience strongly preferred

·       Deep understanding of Meta Advantage+ campaigns, catalog ads, and audience-based buying

·       Strong creative sensibility — able to evaluate ad creative performance and write effective briefs

·       Experience managing and developing at least one direct report

·       Footwear, fashion, apparel, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred

 

Nice To Have

·       Experience with paid social automation tools such as Smartly, Revealbot, or AdEspresso

·       Familiarity with creative analytics platforms such as Motion or MagicBrief

·       Experience setting up and running Meta Conversion API (CAPI) implementations
