Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate

Compensation: $25 an hour

Key Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·       Code and enter invoices

·       Ensure invoices are approved according to standard operating procedures

·       Respond to internal and external queries by phone / email

·       Review vendor statements monthly for outstanding invoices

·       Assist the accounts payable team with other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

·       3 years + years of relevant experience

·       Familiar with Chart of Accounts, coding

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Experience with Infor M3 or comparable ERP software

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Experience in the same or similar industry preferred

·       Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, required
