Summary

We’re looking for a motivated, customer obsessed E- commerce Associate to join our growing team at Vida Shoes and striderite.com! The E- commerce Associate will assist the Director in all efforts to meet the sales goals of the E-commerce business by executing a best-in-class website through effective site merchandising tactics and data-driven analytics. This individual will be able to pair digital expertise with creative problem solving to help oversee all aspects of E-commerce operations, while assisting in developing strategies that will create the optimal customer experience.

Job Title: Ecommerce, Associate Merchandiser

Compensation: $ 60,000.00-$75,000.00

Job Responsibilities:

•                Manage product launch process, category setup/merchandising/sequencing to support merchandise strategies through accurate categorization, pricing and merchandise attribution

•                Monitor website daily to ensure categories, content and product data including links, images, product copy, categorization, pricing are correct

•                Daily analyze reporting to synthesize data from all aspects of business to quickly make decisions to manage risks and opportunities with the assistance of Director

•                Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, marketing and external teams on key product stories, images, copy and coordinating photo shoot and all E-commerce needs

•                Collaborate with Director on email marketing, site content, curated/seasonal concepts/ideas, site navigation, new functionality and more to support to the overall business strategy across desktop, mobile and tablet

•                Attend line review meetings to understand business strategies and initiatives

•                Own prep of quarterly hindsight documents in conjunction with Director and Planner

•                Keep informed of competitor landscapes and industry trends to inform current and future strategies to maximize key performance metrics

•                Utilize project management tools (e.g. Asana) to assist with creation/execution of creative requests and passing all assets

•                Assist Director and Planner with all projects to support growth across E-commerce business.

Qualifications:

•                Bachelor's degree required.

•                Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital/ecommerce merchandising in retail and web analytics

•                Strong product merchandising skills

•                Knowledge of retail math and all KPIs in relation to the business (e.g markdowns, OTB, etc.)

•                Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

•                Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain the highest quality of work

•                Strong accountability, eye for attention to detail and time-management skills

•                Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization skills

•                Displays curiosity and asks questions to better understand how to improve business results.

•                Ability to collaborate up, down, and across the organization.
