Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels for our six websites. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills, analytical ability, and a deep understanding of growth marketing channels such as paid search, social, affiliates, display, and SEO. As a key part of our growth strategy, you will provide both strategic strategic direction and direct campaign execution. You will work closely with an external agency managing day-to-day execution across channels, while remaining deeply involved in optimizing performance, analyzing results, managing budgets, and driving channel innovation.
Job Title: Acquisition Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies to attract qualified traffic and drive revenue growth.

Lead / develop end-to-end strategy and execution for all acquisition marketing channels, including but not limited to:
• Paid search (Google Ads)
• Paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Display and programmatic advertising
• Affiliate marketing and partnership programs -
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, data, product) to align marketing strategies with customer needs and company goals.

Manage the external performance marketing agencies, providing direction and oversight while maintaining a hands-on role with campaign management, optimization, and reporting—including ad bidding.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and generating actionable insights to improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

Manage and forecast budgets to ensure efficient spend allocation and maximize ROI.

Run experiments and A/B tests to continually improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).

Report on KPIs and campaign results to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and growth plans.

Identify new acquisition opportunities, including emerging platforms, partnerships, and experimental channels.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in acquisition or performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful acquisition campaigns across key channels: paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), display, SEO, and affiliate marketing.

Familiarity with bidding and optimization strategies across major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Impact, CJ).

Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with marketing performance tools (Google Analytics, Tripplewhale, or similar).

Experience managing external agencies while maintaining a hands-on role.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance to inform decisions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Basic knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how they complement paid acquisition efforts.

Work Details

Must be in-office (New York City).

Current schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday work from home.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000.

Will report directly to and collaborate closely with the VP of DTC.
