The Marketing Manager will work directly with the Marketing Lead to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and sales for the company’s portfolio of brands. This role oversees campaigns from concept through execution, ensures brand consistency across all channels and collaborates cross-functionally with design, sales, production and external partners to align marketing with overall business objectives.

Job Description / Onsite

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement annual and seasonal brand and marketing strategies to support business goals.

·       Define brand positioning, target audience and key messaging in partnership with leadership.

·       Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, white space and consumer insights.

·       Translate design and market trends into seasonal brand stories and communication strategies.

 

Campaign Development & Execution

·       Work with marketing lead to develop, coordinate and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social and in-store channels.

·       Contribute to national campaign imagery and photo shoots, ensuring brand storytelling and product details are executed to the highest standard.

·       Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of launches, promotions and events.

·       Manage creative production for catalogs, lookbooks, photography, video, retail displays and digital content.

·       Author integrated marketing strategies for seasonal campaigns, driving end-to-end execution across channels.

 

Digital Marketing & Content Management

·       Manage brand presence across social media, email marketing and e-commerce platforms.

·       Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.

·       Monitor and optimize digital campaigns using analytics to improve ROI.

·       Assist in managing the overall brand look of websites – help to create dynamic content for digital platforms.

 

Visual Identity/Packaging

·       Work closely with marketing lead/graphic designer/design team on packaging, print collateral and branded assets to ensure consistency, quality and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.

Sales & Account Support

·       Provide sales support for sell-in and sell-thru, developing tools, presentations and promotional materials.

·       Partner with sales and design teams to ensure showroom environments consistently reflect brand standards and look visually compelling for buyers and partners.

·       Act as key liaison with sales teams, key accounts and licensors on co-op marketing, planning and execution.

·       Prepare regular presentations for accounts, licensors and internal stakeholders.

 

PR, Social, Events & Partnerships

·       Manage and produce national/regional trade shows, press events and retail activations.

·       Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, press contacts, influencers and external partners.

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion across all platforms

·       Coordinate photoshoots, influencer collaborations and philanthropic partnerships to maximize exposure.

·       Ensure alignment of PR and event initiatives with overall brand standards.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·       Liaise with design and production to ensure product accuracy in marketing content.

·       Coordinate product information, timelines and sample availability for campaigns.

·       Collaborate with external and internal partners to bring brand stories to life.

 

Reporting, Analytics & Budget Management

·       Track campaign performance, consumer engagement and sales impact.

·       Conduct market and consumer research on a monthly and quarterly basis.

·       Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and translate findings into action items.

·       Monitor, track and manage marketing expenditures.

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, Communications or related field.

·       5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion, footwear or consumer goods.

·       Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.

·       Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.

·       Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

·       Experience with PR tools (PR Newswire, Cision), social media management platforms (Plann, Curalate, Facebook Business Manager) and CRM systems preferred.

·       Creative, resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Willingness to travel as needed.
